Dividend payment options

Shareholders can choose how their dividends are paid. Options available are:

  1. by cheque; or
  2. by direct credit to an Australian Financial Institution.

You dividends will automatically be paid by cheque unless you request the share registry to direct credit any payments. Please click here for a copy of a request for direct credit of payments form.

Terry White Group can pay your dividend to your nominated Australian bank. If you have a registered address is Australia, we would encourage you to provide your direct credit details to receive your Dividend. By electing to receive your Dividends via direct credit, you will have access to cleared funds quickly and securely, reducing the risk of cheques being lost or stolen. If no direct credit details have been received by our share registry prior to the record date of a dividend payment, your dividends will be paid to you by cheque, which will be mailed to the registered address recorded with the share registry.

 

You can provide your direct credit instruction through your Portfolio or Single Holding login on the share registry’s secured website at https://investorcentre.linkmarketservices.com.au/Login/Login. For guidance on how to access / update to your holding on the share registry’s website, please click here.

 

Alternatively, you could complete a Direct Credit Instruction form and return it to the share registry per address stated on the top right corner of the form. Please click here for the Direct Credit Instruction form.

 

NOTE:

If your shareholding is valued at more than $50,000 (or $1,000,000 if held within a Link portfolio) you will not be able to update your bank account details online; you must complete and return the Direct Credit Instruction form found here.

How to change the account dividends are paid to?

You can update your account details through your Portfolio or Single Holding login on the share registry’s secured website at https://investorcentre.linkmarketservices.com.au/Login/Login. For guidance on how to access / update to your holding on the share registry’s website, please click here. 

 

Alternatively, you can complete a Direct Credit Instruction form and return it to the share registry at the address stated on the top right of the form. The Direct Credit Instruction form can be found here. 

 

NOTE:

If your shareholding is valued at more than $50,000 (or $1,000,000 if held within a Link portfolio) you will not be able to update your bank account details online; you must complete and return the Direct Credit Instruction..

Providing your Tax File Number (TFN) or Australian Business Number (ABN)

 

If you are an Australian resident or subject to Australia’s taxation laws, it is in your interest to provide us with your TFN or ABN as soon as possible. You do not have to provide a TFN or ABN, however if you don’t withholding tax may be deducted from any unfranked dividends at the highest marginal rate from any unfranked dividends that are paid to you.
